  1、豬肉碎用油鹽糖生粉适當調味,然後拌上其他切碎的蔥鹹菜雞蛋。

  2、四條長長地豬腸粉一刀兩斷。

  3、豬腸粉攤開,把肉餡卷進去。

  4、水開後大火蒸8分鐘。

  5、出鍋後淋上一點油醬油,根據個人口味還可以撒上芝麻和辣醬。
