  1、煉乳95克、糖粉45克、蛋1個、蘇打粉2.5克,低筋面粉188克。

  2、先将低筋面粉加蘇打粉過篩加糖粉。

  3、将1加蛋混勻加煉乳充分混勻成一面團,擀成一份一份的面皮。

  4、将面皮包入白豆沙餡,焗約15-20分鐘,上火180度、下火150度。
