  1、材料:鮮牛肉500克,蔥20克,料酒8克,姜5克,精鹽3克,八角2克。

  2、牛肉洗淨,放人開水鍋中煮至八成熟,撈出切成适當的長條,碼在湯盤内;蔥切絲;姜切片。

  3、蔥絲、姜片、八角、精鹽、料酒撒在肉條上,再倒上煮牛肉的原湯,上鍋蒸1小時,去掉蔥絲、姜片、八角,留少許湯汁扣在平盤中即可。
