麻辣醬香煎豆腐的制作方法

  1、把準備好的豆腐切塊,油熱下鍋煎,撒上一小撮鹽,煎至金黃翻面,待兩面金黃撈出備用,牛肉下五花肉爆出肉香味和多餘油脂。

  2、加姜蒜末,豆瓣醬,炒出紅油,炒出香味,下入豆腐,加半碗清水,調入一勺生抽,一勺老抽,半勺蚝油,少許糖,倒入青紅椒,水澱粉勾芡,一把蒜苗,炒勻即可。
