  1、黃瓜切丁,胡蘿蔔切丁,蔥切蔥花,蒜切片,雞胸肉切丁。

  2、在雞丁中加入料酒,鹽,雞精,再倒入蛋清,澱粉攪勻腌制。

  3、起鍋熱油,倒入雞丁,小火慢慢炸至雞丁外表金黃撈出。

  4、鍋底留油,倒入蔥,蒜,幹辣椒,豆瓣醬,蚝油,生抽炒出香味,再加入清水,倒入雞胸肉,黃瓜,胡蘿蔔,花生米。

  5、加入白糖,陳醋,鹽,雞精,翻炒均勻,出鍋裝盤即可。
