  1、食材:

  雞胸肉2塊(約200g)、洋蔥100g、土豆120g、普通面粉50g、小蔥2根。

  2、做法:

  (1)準備好所需食材,雞肉洋蔥小蔥切丁;

  (2)加入一勺鹽,一勺胡椒粉;

  (3)加入一勺蚝油,打入一個雞蛋,放入料理機;

  (4)打成細膩的肉泥;

  (5)土豆切丁,用水煮熟,撈出瀝幹水分壓成泥;

  (6)土豆泥,雞肉泥,面粉混合在一起攪拌均勻;

  (7)裝入裱花袋,擠在烤盤上;

  (8)烤箱上下火180度烤25分鐘,中間翻一下面;

  (9)淋上番茄沙司更美味。
