  1、三文魚1塊,番茄1個,油适量,鹽少許。

  2、三文魚、番茄清洗幹淨;

  3、西紅柿切小塊,皮不用去啦,如果想要去皮很容易,在頂端劃個十字口,扔進開水鍋裡滾幾滾,可順利剝皮;

  4、炒鍋中倒少許油,将西紅柿入鍋中翻炒變軟;

  5、加适量水煮開;

  6、三文魚切薄片;

  7、待水開後,将三文魚片入鍋中一變色就關火,根據口味撒點鹽,香蔥或者青蒜末調色調味。
