  1、主料:豬肉糜90克、白菜末80克、餃子皮80克。

  2、輔料:料酒3克、蚝油4克、白砂糖1克、鹽2克、蔥花13克。

  3、做法:

  (1)蔥花,白菜切末。

  (2)碗中放入豬肉糜,料酒,蚝油,白砂糖,鹽,蔥花,白菜末,攪拌均勻。

  (3)準備好餃子皮,包成餃子。

  (4)鍋中放入餃子,加入油,中小火煎2分鐘。

  (5)加入水,轉小火煎10分鐘。
