  1、準備鲈魚、香菇、蛋黃、火腿、筍、姜、生粉、蔥、醋等食材。

  2、鲈魚清洗幹淨塗抹少量鹽加生姜、料酒腌制15分鐘,加入油、紹興黃酒和姜末。

  3、在鍋中放入香菇、筍絲、火腿絲,煮沸後放入魚肉、白胡椒、鹽等再次煮至沸騰。

  4、用澱粉勾芡,雞蛋取黃打入碗中,打散後下入鍋中快速攪散後關火裝碗食用。
