  1、肉筋切絲,姜、蒜、榄角均切碎;

  2、肉筋用生抽、黃酒拌勻腌制10分鐘;

  3、腌制好後,往肉筋中加入生粉和食用油拌勻;

  4、将拌勻的肉筋擺放在蒸盤中;

  5、将榄角碎撒放在肉筋上;

  6、将姜、蒜同樣撒放在肉筋上;

  7、鍋中燒水,水開後,将裝有肉筋的整盤放入鍋中;

  8、蓋上鍋蓋,大火隔水蒸6分鐘;

  9、時間到,關火開蓋,擡出即可。
