  1、材料:鮮薄荷葉30克,粳米50克。

  2、将鮮薄荷葉洗淨,入鍋内加适量水熬,棄渣取汁待用;

  3、再将粳米淘淨,加适量水煮至米熟,再加入薄荷葉汁,煮一二沸即可食用。

  4、薄荷粥具有利咽喉、令人口香的作用。
