  1、選用盛夏七月産的鮮藕。

  2、洗淨泥沙、用竹筷子刮去藕皮。

  3、洗淨後切成長條,改刀成長約5厘米的梳背條。

  4、将藕條放沸水中略燙,以保持脆嫩為宜。

  5、撈出後過一下涼水。

  6、撒上白糖,澆上白醋,拌勻後裝盤即成。
