  1、山藥去皮,切成丁;

  2、豆腐沸水燙後分别切成丁;

  3、花生油燒至五成熱,爆香蒜茸;

  4、鍋内倒入山藥丁翻炒遍,加上适量水,待沸倒入豆腐丁;

  5、放調料調味,煮沸,撒上蔥花,淋上麻油即成。

  6、此湯有清熱利尿、健脾厚腸胃、主治遺精、白濁帶下、小便頻數及子宮下垂的功效。
