  1、準備材料:青蘿蔔2個、五香粉1大勺、熟芝麻2大勺、鹽适量、白酒适量、白糖少許;

  2、青蘿蔔洗淨切成小條,加入适量食鹽腌一小時,腌好的蘿蔔條控水後平鋪,放置陽光通風處晾曬,曬制好的蘿蔔條最佳狀态是外皮幹燥用手捏起來觸感柔軟;

  3、放入幹淨容器,加适量高度白酒拌勻,然後放入五香粉、壓碎的熟芝麻,少許白糖拌勻,1天即可食用。
