豆醬焖排骨的做法

  1、材料:排骨500g,啤酒一罐,澱粉2勺,醬油3勺,雞蛋黃一個,胡椒粉一點,鹽,蒜4瓣,油一點,豆醬1大勺。

  2、排骨切成麻将塊,洗幹淨,用一灌啤酒泡十分鐘;

  3、倒幹淨啤酒,計入澱粉,雞蛋黃,鹽,醬油,胡椒粉腌制十分鐘;

  4、鍋裡放油,爆香蒜片,加入排骨,炸到變金黃;

  5、加入剩下的啤酒,一大勺豆醬,大火煮開,然後小火蓋蓋子再煮五分鐘;

  6、打開蓋子,大火收汁,裝盤撒香蔥裝飾即可。
