  1、原料:臘雞半隻,莴筍1根,胡蘿蔔2根。

  2、調料:味精5克、雞精2克、蔥姜塊20克、色拉油10克。

  3、臘雞剁成塊後用清水泡去鹽分,氽水備用。莴筍、胡蘿蔔去皮,切滾刀塊。

  4、鍋内注入油燒熱,放蔥姜塊煸香,放入氽好水的臘雞,待水開後倒入沙鍋中,小火炖約25分鐘,調入味精、雞精,再放入胡蘿蔔和莴筍炖至熟爛即可。
