  1、主料:水發刺參100克、生雞脯肉125克、雞蛋清6個。

  2、配料:火腿末、香菜末調料:高湯、鹽、味精、料酒、水粉團、花生油、雞粉。

  3、雞脯肉剁成細泥,雞脯泥放入大碗内,加高湯攪開,再慢慢加雞蛋清攪勻,加入鹽、味精、雞粉、料酒、粉團,攪勻備用。

  4、海參洗淨,片成小片,放入雞蓉内。

  5、鍋内加油,放入雞蓉料,慢火炒出,撒上火腿末、香菜末上桌即成。
