  1、筒骨一斤,先用滾水煮兩分鐘,去血水,然後放入砂鍋,加姜片三四片,鹽,料酒少許,最好加幾滴醋,可以讓肉更入味。

  2、可以同時也可以半小時以後加入切塊的玉米,胡蘿蔔,一小把枸杞,關小火慢慢炖,兩個小時之後,關火加蔥。
