  1、主料:油發魚肚50克,蝦仁30克,香菇30克,西蘭花适量。

  2、調料:鹽,雞精,胡椒粉,糖,澱粉,雞湯,色拉油各适量。

  3、油發魚肚洗淨,改刀,焯水。西蘭花焯水後圍邊。

  4、蝦仁加鹽、雞精、澱粉上漿,過油至熟撈出待用;香菇改刀成片,過油撈出待用。

  5、鍋入雞湯燒熱,放入魚肚、蝦仁、香菇,加鹽、雞精、糖燒入味,勾芡後撒上胡椒粉,裝入盤中即成。
