  備料:雞肫3個;燒醬适量、白芝麻少許、山椒粉少許。

  1、雞肫由中間切開後洗淨,除去黃此,再洗淨。把雞肫切成兩半,6等份,雞肫邊緣切花痕;

  2、用熱油将雞肫炸3秒鐘待用;

  3、用2支柴串各插入3塊雞肫,放置燒網上,刷上燒醬,撒上白芝麻、山椒粉即可。
