  1、用料:鱿魚一條、芹菜适中、大蒜一根、生姜适量、鹽一勺半、醬油一小勺、料酒一勺、味精3克。

  2、将鱿魚切成條,将切好的鱿魚用水焯一下。

  3、在鱿魚焯水的同時,将辣椒切成丁。

  4、鍋熱後倒入少許油,待油燒開調成小火,倒入大蒜子,生姜小火炒。

  5、再到鱿魚翻炒,2分鐘。

  6、放入鹽、少量醬油、醋、糖、味精,快熟後倒入芹菜、大蒜,關火,撒點蔥,裝盤即可。
