  1、首先将血皮菜洗淨摘好後,瀝水備用。

  2、然後将大蒜切碎備用。

  3、之後就坐鍋燒油,爆香大蒜炒出香味。

  4、血皮菜放下去,大火翻炒1分鐘。

  5、蔫了之後加點鹽調味。

  6、最後再倒點生抽翻炒1分鐘即可。
