  1、魚頭剁掉從中間劈開,從魚尾開始片成魚片。用澱粉抓勻。豆芽洗淨,各種調料備用。

  2、熱鍋放油下花椒,姜,蔥爆鍋。炒魚骨放泡椒炖10分鐘放入綠豆芽,豆芽熟後加鹽,雞精。撈出豆芽。

  3、放魚片,熟後倒在豆芽上面。熱鍋倒花生油,放幹辣椒,花椒小火熬。把熬好的辣椒倒在魚片上即可。
