豬心湯的做法與功效介紹

  1、做法:首先把豬心、蓮子(去心)、太子參、圓肉洗淨。把全部用料放入鍋内,加清水适量,武火煮沸後,文火煲2小時(或以蓮子煲綿為度),調味供用。

  2、豬心湯,即以豬心為主要材料熬制而成的湯。豬心即豬的心髒,性平,味甘鹹,含蛋白質、脂肪、硫胺素、核黃素、尼克酸等成分,具有補虛,安神定驚,養心補血的功效,但因其膽固醇含量較高,故高膽固醇血症者忌食。
