  1、胡蘿蔔和番茄打汁與面粉攪拌,添加适量發酵粉,醒發;

  2、黃瓜和海米切碎,與肉末姜,蒜,生抽,白胡椒,油,鹽攪拌均勻,腌制;

  3、把面團分成小面團,手捏成皮,把餡料包入其中;

  4、醒發30分鐘,入鍋蒸,水開後15分鐘關火。

  5、也可以放入電餅铛,做生煎包。
