  1、食材用料:草魚塊400克、剁椒、蔥、姜、蒜、豆豉、鹽、胡椒粉、料酒。

  2、草魚切塊,用料酒、鹽、胡椒粉、蔥、姜腌制二十分鐘。

  3、裝盤,在魚塊上放上豆豉、剁椒。

  4、開水上鍋,大火蒸20分鐘左右關火。

  5、在上面放上大蒜碎和蔥花,炒鍋中放油,油燒熱,冒青煙的時候離火,澆在上面即可。
