  1、首先把曬得半幹的紅辣椒磨碎或剁碎,在磨好的辣椒中加入鹽,白酒和菜籽油。

  2、然後把發酵豆瓣清洗一下,弄碎曬幹。

  3、之後把姜剁成碎,和花椒,豆瓣碎一起拌入磨好的辣椒醬中,調好鹽味。接着将拌勻調好味的辣椒醬放入壇中,沿壇口緩緩倒入菜籽油,至豆瓣醬與空氣隔絕。

  4、最後密封壇口,等待豆瓣醬發酵好。
