  1、将田雞處理好,洗幹淨。

  2、将田雞解成塊,用剪刀。

  3、将瘦肉焯水後,洗幹淨,放入适量的水蓋上蓋子,用大火煮開,放入姜片,沒有剝皮的大蒜,小火(60℃)慢炖半個小時。

  4、加入處理成塊的田雞,小火慢炖1.5小時,最後加入枸杞,鹽蓋上蓋子關火焖會。
