  1、蝦,開背,挑蝦線,口感會更好,拿料酒、生抽(醬油控總會微微點幾滴),姜,鹽腌一會油燒熱,熱度差不多讓蝦一放進去就變色了。

  2、把蝦扔進去,蓋蓋,晃晃鍋;油少就得翻面,油多可以不翻面,開鍋把蝦撈出,繼續再燒油,再炸,炸三次,就熟啦小貼士蝦最好是活蝦。肉質感好,個頭不要太大。太大了不好熟。

  3、這種炸發會有些油,要控油,還要放吸油紙。
