  1、将雞翅放入碗中,撒入黑胡椒,辣椒粉,鹽,料酒。攪拌均勻腌制。

  2、将墨魚仔去除内髒眼睛和嘴,切成片狀。

  3、土豆、紅椒、青椒、洋蔥、姜切片,蔥切段。

  4、蚝油、甜面醬、番茄醬、蜂蜜攪拌均勻。

  5、熱鍋冷油,蒜姜爆香,放入配菜翻炒,加入胡椒碎。

  6、放入雞翅,淋上料酒,刷醬加水,中火焖10分鐘。

  7、将大蝦和墨魚仔放入,大火焖5分鐘即可。
