  1、蔥、油、鹽、蒜頭、醬油。

  2、蒜頭剝皮,壓出蒜蓉。蔥切末。

  3、熱鍋,倒冷油,蒜蓉倒進去,爆出香味,至有點金黃色,放鹽,放蔥末,拌勻。

  4、蔥味出來,蔥末蒜蓉爆酥,關火離竈,加醬油,拌勻。

  5、立刻倒入煮熟的面條,拌勻。
