  1、烤箱預熱至200度,把馬蘇裡拉奶酪擦絲,在烤盤上墊上油紙,把奶酪碎放成大約5cm直徑一堆,用手攤平,中間保持空間。

  2、根據個人口味撒上适量白糖。

  3、黑胡椒粉最好是現磨的。

  4、放入烤箱烤大約5~8分鐘,奶酪全部融化,邊緣起焦邊,中間微黃即可。

  5、烤成這樣即可出爐,出爐後如果有粘連,可以用剪刀剪開,稍涼後立即吃,是脆的。
