德式土豆餅如何做

  1、将土豆洗淨去皮,放入鍋中加适量水,上火煮約40分鐘,煮到軟爛,滗出水,把土豆搗碎成泥。放上雞蛋,鹽、胡椒面,面粉25克,并混合均勻。将蔥切成末,放在黃油裡炒黃,倒入土豆泥中,再混合均勻。

  2、在一面闆上撒上面粉,把土豆泥分成三份,全滾上面粉,用刀按成兩頭尖,中間寬的橢圓餅形,用刀在中間按一條約,在邊上再交替的安幾個短紋;呈樹葉狀。

  3、将煎盤上火,放入少許植物油燒熱,把土豆餅下入,煎成金黃色即可。然後碼放在一個煎 盤 裡、入爐烤幾分鐘,土豆餅豉起、鏟入盤中,即成。食用時可淋上酸奶油或少許黃油。
