蘿蔔豆腐湯步驟

  1、原料:南豆腐1塊、白蘿蔔半根、食鹽3克、香菜适量、水适量。

  2、豆腐切片後改刀成粗細均勻的絲,放在加了鹽的溫水中浸泡。

  3、白蘿蔔洗淨擦絲,香菜切碎。

  4、湯鍋内注入适量水,沸騰後加入豆腐絲、蘿蔔絲後中火煮10分鐘至蘿蔔絲完全熟軟。

  5、熄火後調入鹽和香菜,攪拌均勻後加蓋焖約1分鐘即可。
