  1、在面粉中加入少許鹽,分次加入溫水,揉成光滑的面團,醒發松弛10分鐘;

  2、雞胸肉切條,加蔥、姜、料酒、生抽、奧爾良腌料,拌均勻腌制30分鐘;

  3、醒發好的面團揉成長條,分成等大的劑子,揉成圓餅,刷油,再蓋上另外一個餅,兩張重疊,用擀面杖擀成薄餅,煎至兩面微微焦黃;

  4、腌好的雞胸肉裹上澱粉,七成油溫下鍋,炸制金黃熟透撈出;

  5、餅皮刷上甜面醬,最後放上生菜、雞柳、大蔥絲、黃瓜絲,卷起即可。
