  1、主料:竹荪(幹)100克,羊排150克。調料:大蔥5克,姜3克,鹽3克,胡椒粉2克,料酒5克,花椒粉2克。

  2、将竹荪去頭,放入精鹽入水中浸泡半小時,用剪刀剪成段;

  3、蔥、姜洗淨後分切成段和片;

  4、取出壓力鍋的内鍋,放入羊排、竹荪、花椒粉、蔥段、姜片、白胡椒粉、料酒、精鹽、雞精、高湯,蓋上鍋蓋,壓力鍋調到烹饪檔,調好後保壓時間在一個小時;

  5、待壓力鍋的浮子閥回位後揀出蔥段、姜片,即可食用。
