1、将海參在開水裡燙一下（切忌不要放到鍋裡煮，否則海參會煮縮了），然後就可以蘸着蘸料、蜂蜜吃就行。
2、也可以在涼水中過一下，進行解凍，瀝水後切片，加入蒜泥、蔥花，倒點味極鮮涼拌就可以吃了。
3、家常做菜，做湯時将海參切成片一起炒或者炖都可以，但注意做湯時要在湯開以後再放海參。
