腌酸辣蘿蔔幹的做法

  1、先将蘿蔔擇洗幹淨,然後加工成3厘米長,寬、厚0.5厘米的條,晾曬至八成幹備用;

  2、香油燒熱,加入辣椒粉炸至微黃時倒入蘿蔔幹内拌勻;

  3、将食鹽、白糖、花椒、大料放入鍋内加水熬開,加入味精,待涼後倒入缸内,與蘿蔔幹拌勻,每天翻動一次,15天左右即為成品,要求呈紅黃色。

  4、蘿蔔不宜與橘子、梨、蘋果、葡萄等富含植物色素的水果同食。若同時吃橘子等水果,可能會誘發和導緻甲狀腺腫。
