  1、雞蛋煮熟後夾起,用勺子輕輕敲打,讓蛋殼裂開,放入水裡,加入醬油八角和茴香。在撒上鹽,均勻攪拌,這樣煮出來的茶葉但比賣的都好吃。

  2、把蛋黃倒進平底鍋裡,等凝固後滑開長條,間隔取下,在中間倒上蛋白,凝固後放上前一天的炒飯,用筷子卷起來,看着就很有食欲。
