  1、原料:艿芋500克、剁椒100克、蔥花、野山椒、雞精、味精。

  2、艿芋用清水洗淨後上籠蒸至40分鐘後将水倒去。

  3、剁椒加味精、雞精、胡椒、野山椒調勻。

  4、将調好的剁椒放在已蒸好的艿芋上,再上籠蒸5分鐘取出,撒上蔥花。

  5、鍋内下油燒至七成熟時,淋在艿芋上即可。
