  1、材料:烏梅500克,1倍量蜂蜜。

  2、烏梅500克用冷水泡發,去核,加水适量,先以武火,後以文火煎煮,每20分鐘取煎液1次,藥渣加水再煎,共煎取液3次。

  3、合并煎液,文火煎熬成稠膏狀時,加入1倍量蜂蜜,至沸,停火,冷卻後即成烏梅蜜膏,裝瓶備用。

  4、每次l湯匙,以沸水沖化飲用,每天2~3次。
