  1、主料:鵝肉750克,黃芪30克,黨參30克。輔料:淮山30克,棗30克。

  2、先将鵝肉洗淨斬塊。黃芪、黨參、淮山、紅棗(去核)分别洗淨。

  3、然後将全部主料一齊放入砂煲内,加入适量清水,用武火煮沸後,改用文火煲3小時,調好口味,即可食用。
