  1、酸辣小炒牛肉是以黃牛肉200克為主料,小米辣椒50克(泡椒水20克),芹菜25克,雞蛋50克。為輔料的食品。

  2、酸辣小炒肉的做法:将黃牛肉去筋膜,切成 0.2 厘米厚的片,加嫩肉粉、醬油、精鹽、味精、雞蛋清、濕澱粉碼味上漿;将小米辣椒、芹菜均切成米粒狀,蒜籽切末;鍋内放底油,燒熱後下牛肉,炒至八成熟時,出鍋裝入碗内待用;鍋内放底油,下蒜末、小米辣椒、芹菜炒香,倒入泡椒水,放入牛肉,加精鹽、味精翻炒均勻,淋香油,出鍋裝盤即可。
