  1、食材:風幹豬肝200g、青椒50g、胡蘿蔔100g、郫縣豆瓣20g、姜5g、蔥10g、醋3ml、生抽10ml、糖5g、五香粉3g、澱粉5g、白酒5ml;

  2、首先把豬肝水中浸泡40分鐘左右,切成薄片。

  3、然後鍋中燒水,放入豬肝焯10秒鐘盛出來。

  4、随後清洗切好配菜,熱鍋下油,放入一半的蔥姜末,郫縣豆瓣爆香。

  5、最後放入配菜炒至斷生,加入豬肝,蔥姜,醋,白酒,白砂糖,美極鮮炒勻旺火翻炒30秒左右關火出鍋就完成了。
