  1、主料:雞蛋幹250g。

  2、輔料:香油5ml、姜蒜20g、彩椒100g、香蔥10g、鹽3g、生抽10ml、檸檬醬油沙拉汁10ml。

  3、做法:

  (1)準備好所有的食材,洗淨備用,雞蛋幹切成條狀放入碗中,加入彩椒絲,加入姜蒜末。

  (2)加入鹽、生抽、少許檸檬醬油沙拉汁。

  (3)淋入少許香油,加入香蔥末,最後充分拌勻即可。
