  1、鹵鴨腸:将新鮮的鴨腸洗淨,放到已經燒滾的開水裡煮10分鐘。

  2、依次加入料酒、姜蔥去腥味,然後放入各種調味香料。

  3、煮好後把鴨腸撈出來用冷水過一遍。鴨腸不是用切,而是用剪刀煎。

  4、大約剪成6厘米左右長短。最後加上香油、芝麻、味精等拌勻,放上香菜做點綴,鹵鴨腸就做好了。
