  1、飄香油制作。食材:色拉油300g、蔥30g、芹菜節15g、姜片15g、紫草1g

  制作方法:先将色拉油入鍋加熱,将蔥、芹菜節、姜片放入鍋中,先大火炒制起泡,再轉小火炒制,最後将紫草放入鍋中,攪拌均勻,用漏勺過濾保存即可。

  2、醬料調制。食材:飄香油130g、芝麻醬150g、花生醬200g、辣椒醬40g、蒜泥100g、味精80g、雞精100g、白糖20g、鹽20g

  制作步驟:将飄香油入鍋中加熱加入芝麻醬、花生醬、辣椒醬、蒜泥、味精、雞精、白糖、鹽熬制3分鐘左右即可。
