  1、墨魚絲肉絲炒辣椒。

  2、取墨魚幹适量,冷水浸泡約5小時,去掉骨頭和眼睛,洗淨切絲備用;

  3、米酒适量,豬肉絲、墨魚絲、青椒、蒜末、姜絲、紅椒、生粉等備好待用;

  4、将墨魚絲放沸水中焯水,瀝幹後與豬肉絲一起加入少量生粉、生抽拌均勻;

  5、鍋内放油,将拌好的墨魚絲下鍋炒約5分鐘加入姜、蒜、幹辣椒等,倒入米酒,加鹽、少量水,最後放入辣椒,略翻炒即可起鍋裝盤。
