  1、雞湯大燴菜的用料:雞翅根3至4個、白菜、豆腐皮、金針菇、魚丸、豆腐、豆芽、火腿腸、海米、蔥、姜、料酒、蚝油、鹽、味精。

  2、加鹽、料酒、蔥、姜腌漬翅根10至15分鐘;

  3、過油略炸至微黃置于砂鍋中;

  4、加水,大火熬開後噴料酒,轉至小火熬至白色;

  5、分層次加入各配菜以及蚝油,煮開,關火前加鹽、味精。
