  1、材料:米飯300克、小白菜150克、豬肉(肥瘦)100克。調料:大蔥10克、鹽6克、醬油25克、花生油100克。

  2、将豬肉、青菜分别洗淨瀝幹,切成絲;

  3、蔥洗淨切成蔥花,備用;

  4、将炒鍋内倒入少量花生油,用中火燒至六成熱;

  5、放入蔥花爆香,放入豬肉絲,翻炒幾下,加入醬油、精鹽、青菜絲,翻炒數下,裝盤備用;

  6、将炒鍋内倒入餘油,燒至五成熱;

  7、放入米飯,不停地翻炒,炒至聞到飯香,飯粒松散時,放入豬肉絲、青菜絲,翻炒均勻,即可裝盤。
